Offers
Software you can buy like a project, not a subscription
A defined outcome, a written scope, a fixed price, and code you own from the first commit. No per-seat licence and nothing you have to keep renting from us.

The same terms across all three
Most custom software is sold on a day rate, which hands the client every risk: if the estimate was wrong, the client pays for the extra days. These offers invert that. The scope is written down before anything is built, the price is fixed against it, and if we misjudge the effort inside that scope it is our cost rather than a variation.
The other constant is ownership. The code lives in your repository from the first commit, the hosting account is in your name, and the data can be exported without asking us. There is no licence, no per-seat fee and nothing proprietary that would stop another developer taking over. That is unusual enough in this market to be worth stating twice.

The offers
- Ops App in 30 DaysOne workflow, one fixed price, one application your team logs into in about a month.
- Internal ToolsAdmin panels, dashboards and approval flows for the people who run the business.
- Fixed-Scope ProjectA defined outcome at a fixed price, for buyers weighing a project against hired hands.
Why 30 days is possible
Because we are not starting from an empty repository. Every build reuses a foundation that already exists and is already tested, so the time goes into your data model, your screens and your rules rather than into the plumbing every application needs and no client should pay for twice.
- Authentication, user accounts and password reset
- Roles and permissions, so an admin, a manager and a field user see different things
- Records, forms and validation built around your actual process rather than a generic CRUD screen
- An audit log that records who changed what and when, which is the feature spreadsheets can never have
- CSV and Excel export, because your accountant will ask for it in week one
- File and photo upload attached to the records that need it
- Search and filtering that works on the fields your team actually looks things up by
- Email notifications on the events that matter, not on everything
- A responsive interface that works on a phone in a van and a laptop in an office
- Hosting, backups, monitoring and TLS configured before handover
Start from the problem instead
If you would rather read about the situation than the package, these describe the problems these offers get bought to solve.
Which workflow would you fix first?
Describe the process and what it runs on today. If a fixed-scope build is the wrong answer, we will say so.
- 01A senior engineer reads it. Not a form queue, and not an account manager.
- 02We reply either with questions or with a straight answer that we are not the right fit.
- 03If it looks like a fit, a technical call with the person who would actually run the delivery.
- 04Then scope, effort and risk in writing, before anyone signs anything.
