The company is Yarqat SMC Private Limited, registered in Islamabad, and the engineers who would build your software work from Pakistan. We serve London clients remotely. For a UK buyer the useful questions are who actually does the work, how much of the working day you share with them, and whether they already understand the rules your software has to live under. Those are the questions this page tries to answer straight.
London does not lack software companies. It lacks ones where the person selling the work is the person doing it. The city is full of agencies that win with a senior pitch and deliver with whoever is free. We are deliberately small and senior: the engineer on your first call scopes the project and runs the delivery, nobody relays your messages through an account manager, and the code, documentation and infrastructure sit in accounts you control from the first commit rather than arriving in a handover pack at the end.
The working day is easier to share than most people expect. Pakistan keeps the same clock all year, so it is four hours ahead of the UK during British Summer Time and five in winter. Do you have an office in London?
No. Yarqat SMC Private Limited is registered in Islamabad, Pakistan, and that is our only office. We serve London and UK clients remotely, over video calls and inside your own tools, and we would rather say so plainly than let a borrowed address imply a presence we do not have. What you get instead is direct access to the senior engineers doing the work.
How does the time difference work?

What makes you different from a London agency?
