No, and we will not claim to. Yarqat is registered in the United Kingdom and we serve Dubai clients remotely. We think that is the honest and more useful arrangement: you work directly with senior engineers rather than paying, through your rate, for a local office you would never use.
How does remote delivery work across the timezone?
