AI agent development in Dubai
We build AI agents that do work rather than just answer questions: qualifying leads, processing documents, updating your systems. Delivered remotely for Dubai businesses by a senior UK team, with the boundaries designed before the autonomy.

AI Agent Development for Dubai
An agent is different from a chatbot in one important way: it takes actions. It books the viewing, updates the CRM, raises the ticket, pulls the document, sends the quote. That is where the value is, and it is also where the risk is, because an agent that can act can act wrongly. In Dubai, where sales cycles are fast and lead volume through WhatsApp and portals is high, the pull towards automating the whole funnel is strong. The question worth answering first is which actions you are genuinely willing to let software take without a human looking.
We answer that question before we build. Every agent we ship has an explicit list of what it may do, what it must ask about, and what it must never touch. Anything that moves money, changes a contract, or contacts a customer in a way you cannot retract sits behind a human by default. Everything the agent does is logged in a form a person can read afterwards, because when an agent gets something wrong, and it will, the recovery depends entirely on being able to see what it did.
For Dubai specifically, two things shape the design. The first is language: real estate, retail and services here run on Arabic, English and a lot of mixed input, and an agent evaluated only on clean English will behave differently the moment a customer writes in Gulf Arabic. The second is where data is allowed to go. DIFC entities and regulated firms often have constraints on which systems and which models may see customer data, and that decides your architecture rather than being a late compliance sign-off. We serve Dubai remotely, with a daily overlap in working hours and no local office.

What is specific
Built for Dubai
Permissions before autonomy
We write down what the agent may do on its own, what needs a human to approve, and what it may never touch, and we build that boundary into the system rather than into a prompt. Anything irreversible, anything that moves money and anything that reaches a customer in your name sits behind approval by default. You can widen the boundary once the agent has earned it, which is a much better order than narrowing it after an incident.
An audit trail a human can read
Every action an agent takes is recorded with what it saw, what it decided and what it changed, in a form your team can review without an engineer. This is what makes an agent operable rather than mysterious, and for DIFC and regulated firms it is often the difference between a system that can go live and one that cannot get past internal review.
Built for Arabic, English and the mix of both
Dubai customers write in Arabic, English and both at once, and an agent tuned on English behaves differently on Gulf dialect input. We build and evaluate against the language your customers actually use, and we make the agent hand over to a person when it is unsure rather than guessing confidently in the wrong language. Confident wrong answers are worse than an honest handover.
§ 03
Scope
What we build
Project delivery, owned end to end, for Dubai clients.
- Lead qualification and follow-up agents that work incoming enquiries and write back into your CRM rather than into a separate inbox
- Document agents that read contracts, invoices and onboarding packs, extract what matters and flag what they are unsure of
- Internal operations agents that chase, reconcile and update records across the tools your team already uses
- Tool and system integrations with permissions, rate limits and a hard boundary around irreversible actions
- A human-readable audit log of every action, plus an approval queue for anything the agent may not do alone
- An evaluation harness measuring accuracy, escalation rate and cost per task, in Arabic and English, before you widen the agent scope
AI Agent Development in Dubai: common questions
Do you have an office in Dubai?
No. We serve Dubai remotely and we do not have a local office. Yarqat is registered in the United Kingdom and Gulf Standard Time is three to four hours ahead, so there is a genuine shared working window each day. You work directly with the senior engineers building the agent rather than paying for a local presence through your rate.
What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot answers. An agent acts: it updates a record, books a slot, raises a ticket, sends a document. That difference is where the value is and also where the risk is, so an agent needs permissions, approval steps and an audit trail that a chatbot does not. If what you need is answers rather than actions, a chatbot is cheaper and safer and we will say so.
How do you stop an agent doing something damaging?
By deciding its boundaries in the architecture rather than in a prompt. The agent holds only the permissions it needs, irreversible actions require a human, and anything that moves money or reaches a customer in your name goes through an approval queue by default. Prompts can be talked around. Permissions cannot, which is why the boundary belongs in the system.
Can an agent work over WhatsApp and our CRM?
Yes, and in Dubai that is often the point, because enquiries arrive on WhatsApp and value is lost when they never reach the CRM. We integrate with the messaging channel and the systems of record so the agent works where your customers already are and writes back where your team already looks, rather than creating a fourth place to check.
How do we know it is working?
We measure it. Accuracy on real cases, how often it escalates to a human, how often it is wrong when it does not escalate, and cost per task, tested in Arabic and English. We would rather show you those numbers on a narrow scope than widen the agent on the strength of a good demo, because demos are easy and production is not.
AI agent development in Dubai?
A technical conversation with the engineers who would do the work. If we are not the right fit, we will say so on the call.
