AI agent development in Islamabad

We build AI agents that take on the procedural work Islamabad organisations drown in: chasing partner reports, reconciling lists, answering student and subscriber queries against real records. Built from our E-11 office, with every consequential step waiting for the person who signs for it.

AI Agent Development for Islamabad

Much of Islamabad's work is procedural. A donor-funded programme chases monthly reports from implementing partners, reconciles beneficiary lists against payment lists and assembles evidence for a quarterly review. A university answers the same questions about admissions, fee challans and transcripts thousands of times a term. A telecom operator's care team looks up a package, checks a complaint history and raises a ticket, over and over. These are multi-step tasks across several systems, which is exactly where an agent helps, and exactly where one does damage if it acts without limits.

The design question we start with is who signs. Organisations here have real approval hierarchies: a programme officer, an M&E lead, a finance manager, sometimes a donor representative. An agent that sends a partner a polite reminder is harmless. An agent that marks a beneficiary as paid, changes a student record or credits a subscriber account is not. We map every action the agent could take against the person who would normally approve it, and the agent inherits that chain instead of going around it.

Sensitive identifiers run through all of this. Beneficiary lists and student records carry CNIC numbers, phone numbers and addresses, and an agent calling an external model rarely needs any of them. We strip or tokenise identifiers before anything leaves your environment, or run the model locally where the data owner requires it. Because our office is in E-11, the mapping workshop can happen at your office with the approvers in the room, which is where these boundaries get drawn properly.

§ 02

What is specific

Built for Islamabad

  • Approvals that follow the org chart

The agent's approval queue follows your real sign-off hierarchy, so a proposed payment status change goes to finance, a data correction goes to the M&E lead, and nothing skips a level because a model sounded confident. Each approver sees what the agent proposes and the evidence it used, and can approve, edit or reject it in one place.

  • A trail for donors and auditors

Grant-funded work is audited, sometimes years later, by people who were not there at the time. Every agent action is logged in plain language with the inputs it read, the change it proposed and who approved it. When an auditor asks why a record changed in March, the answer is a page they can read, not an investigation someone has to run.

  • Identifiers kept away from the model

CNIC numbers, phone numbers and household details are swapped for tokens before any text reaches an external model, and restored only inside your systems. Where a data owner will not accept any external processing, the model runs on infrastructure in Pakistan instead. The agent's permissions are set in code, so no clever prompt can talk it into reading a field it was never given.

Scope

What we build

Project delivery, owned end to end, for Islamabad clients.

  • Partner reporting agents that chase overdue monthly reports, check submissions against the template and summarise the gaps for the programme officer
  • Reconciliation agents that compare beneficiary, enrolment and payment lists and propose corrections for an approver
  • Student services agents that answer admissions, fee challan and transcript questions from live records and hand over anything unusual
  • Care-desk assistants for telecom staff that pull package and complaint history and draft the ticket for a person to submit
  • An approval queue mapped to your sign-off hierarchy, with a readable log of every proposed and approved action
  • Identifier redaction and a local-hosting option for agents that handle beneficiary, student or subscriber data

AI Agent Development in Islamabad: common questions

Can we meet to scope the agent in person?

Yes, and we recommend it. Our office is at Zafar Heights, E-11/2, so a session at your office in the Blue Area, at a ministry or on a university campus is a short drive. Agent scoping goes best with the people who approve each step in the room, because they know where the real exceptions are.

Which tasks should an agent never do for a programme?

Anything that changes who receives money or aid, anything sent to a donor or ministry in your name, and anything that deletes records. Those stay with people. An agent can prepare them by gathering the evidence, drafting the letter and proposing the correction. The decision and the signature remain human, and the system enforces that rather than trusting the prompt.

Can the agent work with our existing MIS?

Usually, yes. Most programme and university systems have a database, an export or an API we can connect to with narrow permissions. Where a system has no API, the agent can work from scheduled exports and hand its changes back as a reviewed upload. We check what your MIS allows in the first week, because that often decides the timeline.

Will the agent understand queries in Roman Urdu?

Students and subscribers write in Roman Urdu, English, Urdu script and every mix of the three, with no settled spelling. We test the agent on real queries from your inbox or call logs, measure how often it misunderstands, and make it hand over to a person when it is unsure. An agent that asks for help does far less harm than one that guesses.

How do we know the agent is ready for wider use?

We pilot it narrowly first: one implementing partner, one campus or one care team, with tight approvals and full logging. We measure how often it completes tasks correctly, how often it escalates, and how often an approver rejects what it proposes. Its autonomy widens only where those numbers justify it, and the decision to widen it is yours.

AI agent development in Islamabad?

Tell us what you are building. A senior engineer reads every enquiry, and being registered in Islamabad means meeting in person is a short drive rather than a flight when a decision needs one.

  1. 01A senior engineer reads it. Not a form queue, and not an account manager.
  2. 02We reply either with questions or with a straight answer that we are not the right fit.
  3. 03If it looks like a fit, a technical call with the person who would actually run the delivery.
  4. 04Then scope, effort and risk in writing, before anyone signs anything.

Two fields required. We reply to real enquiries. No list, no sequence.
