AI agent development in Peshawar

We build AI agents for Peshawar businesses that take orders, match payments and track consignments over WhatsApp, with the owner approving anything that matters. Built from our Islamabad office, about two hours away on the M-1.

AI Agent Development for Peshawar

In a Peshawar wholesale or distribution business, the working day happens on the phone. Shopkeepers from across the province send orders as WhatsApp messages and voice notes, in Pashto, Urdu or a mix typed in Roman script. Someone reads them, checks stock, writes up the order, updates the customer's running balance in the khata and arranges dispatch. Payments arrive as cash, bank transfers and wallet payments and have to be matched to the right account. It is repetitive, multi-step work an agent can take on, provided the owner keeps control.

Control is the design principle, because in many family businesses the owner's word is the approval system. We put the approval queue where the owner already is: a WhatsApp message or a simple phone screen showing what the agent proposes, with approve, change or reject. At first the agent proposes everything and the owner approves everything. As its record builds, routine orders from regular customers can go straight through, while new customers, credit beyond an agreed limit and anything unusual still wait for a person.

Language decides how much autonomy is safe. Current models understand Urdu and English better than Pashto, and Pashto voice notes are harder still. So the agent confirms every order back to the customer in writing before booking it, and when it is unsure what was asked, it asks again or hands over rather than guessing. We serve Peshawar from Islamabad, and because the drive is short, we can spend a day at your shop or warehouse watching how orders really arrive before we design anything.

§ 02

What is specific

Built for Peshawar

  • The owner approves from the phone

The approval queue lives on the owner's phone, not in a dashboard nobody opens. Each proposal shows the customer, the items, the price and the balance, and takes one tap to approve or a short reply to change. When the owner is travelling or busy, pending items wait or go to a named deputy, so nothing is booked without someone who can answer for it.

  • Every order read back in writing

Pashto voice notes and Roman-script messages are where models misunderstand most, so the agent repeats every order back to the customer in writing (items, quantities, price) before it is booked. A wrong quantity caught in a confirmation costs one message. Caught at delivery, it costs a wasted trip and an unhappy shopkeeper.

  • Consignments tracked across the border

For traders moving goods through Torkham, an agent can keep the file for each consignment: which documents have arrived from the supplier, the transporter and the clearing agent, what is still missing and who to chase. It drafts the chasing messages and updates the file. Decisions about customs and compliance stay with you and your clearing agent.

Scope

What we build

Project delivery, owned end to end, for Peshawar clients.

  • WhatsApp order agents that read text and voice orders in Pashto, Urdu and Roman script, confirm them back in writing and book them after approval
  • Khata agents that post confirmed orders and payments to each customer's running balance and flag any disagreement
  • Payment matching for bank transfers, Raast and wallet payments against open balances, with unmatched items sent to a person
  • Consignment file agents for cross-border traders that track documents from suppliers, transporters and clearing agents and chase what is missing
  • An owner approval queue on the phone, with thresholds by customer and amount that the owner sets
  • A plain-language activity log per customer, so any order or balance change can be traced to the message it came from

AI Agent Development in Peshawar: common questions

Do you have an office in Peshawar?

No. We work from our only office, in Islamabad, and serve Peshawar from there. The M-1 makes it about a two-hour drive, so we can visit to watch how orders arrive and meet the people who will approve the agent's work. After that, most building and support happens remotely, in the same timezone and billed in rupees.

Our customers send voice notes in Pashto. Can an agent handle them?

Some, not all. Speech recognition for Pashto is weaker than for Urdu or English, and it varies with dialect and background noise. We test on a sample of your real voice notes. The agent then handles the ones it transcribes confidently, confirms each order back in writing, and passes the rest to a person with the audio attached.

Can the agent give credit to a customer?

Only within limits you set. For each customer you decide a credit ceiling, and the agent books orders under it after checking the running balance. Anything above it, or from a customer the agent does not know, goes to the owner. Credit in a trading business rests on relationships, and the agent's job is to keep the ledger straight while the relationship stays with you.

We still keep a paper khata. Do we need to change that first?

Not all at once. The agent needs a digital balance to check against, so we usually start by entering current balances rather than the whole history, and the agent keeps the ledger from that day on. You can print a daily statement to keep beside the paper book until everyone trusts the new one.

What happens if the agent gets an order wrong?

The design aims to catch errors before dispatch, because every order is confirmed with the customer and approved by you until the agent has a track record. If one gets through, the log shows the original message, what the agent understood and who approved it, so you can correct the order, fix the balance and decide whether the same mistake needs a new rule.

AI agent development in Peshawar?

Tell us what you are building. We work with Peshawar clients from our Islamabad office, same timezone and same currency, with no account manager in between, so the person who reads this is the one who would run the work.

  1. 01A senior engineer reads it. Not a form queue, and not an account manager.
  2. 02We reply either with questions or with a straight answer that we are not the right fit.
  3. 03If it looks like a fit, a technical call with the person who would actually run the delivery.
  4. 04Then scope, effort and risk in writing, before anyone signs anything.
