Chatbot development in Peshawar

We build WhatsApp chatbots for Peshawar's shops, travel and recruitment agencies, schools and traders, from our office in Islamabad about two hours away. Answers written in Pashto by people who speak it, short voice replies for customers who would rather listen, and sensible behaviour when a message arrives at midnight from Riyadh.

Chatbot Development for Peshawar

For most Peshawar businesses the WhatsApp number is the front desk. A travel and recruitment agency hears from families asking what documents a Gulf visa needs and how far along an application is. A private school gets fee and timing questions from parents. A shop or wholesaler answers the same price and availability questions all day. The messages arrive in Pashto, in Urdu, in Roman script and very often as voice notes. Most of them repeat, and a small business with two or three people on the phone cannot keep up during the busy hours.

We are honest about language here. Current models read and write Urdu well, and Pashto noticeably less well, especially Roman Pashto and the differences between districts. So we do not let a model compose Pashto replies freely. The answers the bot gives are written or checked by Pashto speakers on your staff and stored as an approved library, and the model's job is to recognise which answer a question needs. For customers who would rather listen than read, the most common answers can be short voice clips recorded by someone on your team, which sound far more natural than synthetic Pashto speech.

Many customers are in the Gulf. Workers in the UAE are an hour behind Pakistan and those in Saudi Arabia two, and they often message late at night after a shift, about something for their family at home. The bot answers what it can at once, tells them honestly when a person will reply, and uses an approved template if that reply comes after WhatsApp's 24-hour window has closed. The bot, and the people who look after it, are run from our Islamabad office rather than from Peshawar, on the same clock as you and billed in rupees.

What is specific

Built for Peshawar

  • Pashto written by Pashto speakers

The bot does not improvise in Pashto. Your staff write or approve every Pashto answer, the bot matches incoming questions to the right one, and anything it cannot match goes to a person. That keeps the replies sounding like your business instead of a translation engine, and a wrong answer is fixed by editing one entry.

  • Voice in, voice out

Customers who send voice notes often prefer to hear the reply. For the questions asked most, such as timings, fees, required documents or directions, a member of your staff records a short clip once, and the bot sends it alongside the text. Incoming voice notes are transcribed where the quality allows, and passed to a person with the audio when it does not.

  • Sensible hours for Gulf customers

A message from Dubai at midnight deserves an answer, even if it is only an honest one. The bot handles routine questions at any hour, tells the customer when the office opens in their local time, and queues the rest for the morning. Follow-ups after WhatsApp's 24-hour window use approved templates, so the conversation can continue properly.

Chatbot Development in Peshawar: common questions

Can the chatbot answer in Pashto?

Yes, from answers your own staff have written or checked. We do not let a model compose Pashto freely, because current models are less reliable in Pashto than in Urdu or English. The bot works out which approved answer a message needs and sends it. When it cannot tell, or the question is new, it hands the conversation to a Pashto-speaking member of your team.

Some of our customers do not read easily. Can a bot still help them?

Yes. The most common answers can go out as short voice clips recorded by your staff, next to the written text, and replies can include simple pictures such as a map pin or a document checklist. Customers can reply with a voice note, which is transcribed where possible and passed to a person with the audio attached when it is not.

Customers message us late at night from the Gulf. What will the bot do?

Answer the routine questions straight away, and be honest about the rest. It tells the customer when your office opens, in their local time, and queues the conversation for your staff. If your reply comes after WhatsApp's 24-hour window has closed, it goes out on an approved template, so the conversation can carry on within the platform's rules.

We are a small business. Should we start with the WhatsApp Business app?

Possibly. The free WhatsApp Business app, with a catalogue, quick replies and labels, covers a lot for a small team, and we will tell you if that is enough. A chatbot on the Business Platform makes sense when several staff share one number, when messages go unanswered in busy hours, or when answers should come from your records. Moving the number across later is possible with some planning.

Do you have anyone in Peshawar?

No. We have no office or staff in Peshawar and work from Islamabad, in the same timezone and invoiced in rupees. The people in Peshawar who matter most to the bot are your own staff, who write its Pashto answers and take the conversations it hands on, and we train them for both. Peshawar is about two hours away on the M-1, so we can come for a kickoff or a review.

Chatbot development in Peshawar?

Tell us what you are building. We work with Peshawar clients from our Islamabad office, same timezone and same currency, with no account manager in between, so the person who reads this is the one who would run the work.

  1. 01A senior engineer reads it. Not a form queue, and not an account manager.
  2. 02We reply either with questions or with a straight answer that we are not the right fit.
  3. 03If it looks like a fit, a technical call with the person who would actually run the delivery.
  4. 04Then scope, effort and risk in writing, before anyone signs anything.

Two fields required. We reply to real enquiries. No list, no sequence.
