AI agent development in Karachi

We build AI agents for Karachi operations teams in banking, insurance, freight and distribution: agents that gather documents, chase status, book routine orders and prepare cases for a person to decide. Served from our Islamabad office, with read access by default and write access earned.

AI Agent Development for Karachi

Karachi's back offices run on repetition at scale. A forwarder's operations desk emails shipping lines and clearing agents for status, updates a tracker and chases missing documents before a vessel cut-off. An insurer's claims team collects bills, reports and photos, checks them against the policy and asks for what is missing. A bank's complaints unit reads, categorises and drafts replies against the deadlines it is held to. A distributor's staff take shopkeepers' orders by phone and WhatsApp and key them into the distribution system. Each is a chain of lookups and small actions an agent can take on.

In a regulated institution, the real question is which of those actions an agent may take. Our default for Karachi's banks, EMIs and insurers is conservative: the agent reads, gathers and drafts, and a person decides and sends. It never moves money, changes a customer's limits or closes a complaint on its own. Its tools are narrow functions with their own credentials, so its access is fixed in the system, and every step is logged in a form your compliance and internal audit teams can follow without an engineer.

Outside the banks, more autonomy is possible once the agent has earned it. A distributor's agent can book a routine order within a shop's credit limit, and a forwarder's agent can update tracking from a shipping line's notice. Exceptions, such as a credit breach or a changed vessel, go to a person. We serve Karachi from our Islamabad office in the same timezone, and fly down when a bank or insurer wants to walk through the design on site.

§ 02

What is specific

Built for Karachi

  • Read by default, write when earned

Agents for institutions regulated by the State Bank or the SECP start with read-only tools: they look up, gather and draft. Write access is added one function at a time, for low-risk actions, once evaluation and a supervised pilot show the agent handles them correctly. Money movement, limit changes and customer-facing closures stay with people, enforced by credentials rather than instructions.

  • A log internal audit can use

Every step the agent takes is recorded: what it read, which tool it called, what it proposed and who approved it. The log is written for your risk, compliance and audit teams, and it answers the questions they will ask after an incident or during an inspection, without anyone rebuilding events from raw system logs.

  • Built for port and route tempo

Freight moves against vessel cut-offs and FMCG orders against delivery routes, so an agent that stalls is nearly as costly as one that errs. We give it timeouts, retries and a clear handover when a shipping line's portal or the distribution system is slow or down, and we test it on the messy inputs it will meet: forwarded email chains, photographed documents and shopkeepers' voice notes.

Scope

What we build

Project delivery, owned end to end, for Karachi clients.

  • Shipment status agents that read shipping line and forwarder emails, update your tracker and chase missing documents before cut-off
  • Claims intake agents that collect bills, reports and photos, check them against the policy and list what is missing for the adjuster
  • Complaint handling agents that categorise each case, pull account context and draft a reply for a person to review and send
  • Order-taking agents for FMCG distributors that book routine shop orders within credit limits and refer everything else
  • Narrow, separately credentialed tools into core banking, claims and distribution systems, starting read-only
  • An approval queue and audit log designed for compliance review, plus an evaluation harness tracking accuracy and escalation rate

AI Agent Development in Karachi: common questions

Can you meet our risk and compliance teams in Karachi?

Yes. We are based in Islamabad and serve Karachi remotely, but agent projects in regulated firms usually need a design walkthrough with risk, compliance and IT security, and we fly down for that. The rest of the work runs over calls and inside your own tooling, in the same timezone, invoiced in rupees under a Pakistani contract.

Will the agent ever move money?

Not on its own in a regulated institution. It can prepare a refund, reversal or payout with the evidence attached, and a person with the right authority approves it. The rule is enforced by the agent simply having no tool that can execute a payment, so no instruction, however it is worded, can make it do so.

Can the agent use our core banking or policy administration system?

Through narrow, purpose-built functions rather than broad access. We expose only what a task needs, such as reading a customer's recent transactions or a policy's cover, each with its own credentials and limits. Where your IT security team prefers, the agent works from a replicated read-only copy and never touches production at all.

How does an FMCG order agent handle credit?

It checks each shop's limit and outstanding balance in your distribution system before booking. Orders within the limit can go straight through once you are comfortable with that. Anything that breaches it, or comes from a new shop, goes to the credit or sales manager with the order attached. The thresholds are yours to set and change.

Where does the model behind the agent run?

That depends on what your compliance team will accept. For many tasks a hosted model with identifiers stripped out is fine. For customer data at a bank or EMI, it may need to be an open-weight model inside your own environment. We prepare the data-flow documentation for each option, and your team makes the call before we build.

AI agent development in Karachi?

Tell us what you are building. We work with Karachi clients from our Islamabad office, same timezone and same currency, with no account manager in between, so the person who reads this is the one who would run the work.

  1. 01A senior engineer reads it. Not a form queue, and not an account manager.
  2. 02We reply either with questions or with a straight answer that we are not the right fit.
  3. 03If it looks like a fit, a technical call with the person who would actually run the delivery.
  4. 04Then scope, effort and risk in writing, before anyone signs anything.

Two fields required. We reply to real enquiries. No list, no sequence.
