Chatbot development in Karachi

We build WhatsApp and in-app chatbots for Karachi's banks, microfinance lenders, insurers, consumer brands and courier companies, working from Islamabad. They answer from your own systems, never ask a customer for a PIN, and hold up when a large share of your customers write in at once.

Chatbot Development for Karachi

Karachi's customer conversations happen at national scale. A bank or wallet hears about failed transfers and blocked cards, a microfinance lender reminds borrowers of instalments, an insurer or takaful operator answers policy and renewal questions, an FMCG or pharmaceutical company runs a consumer care line, and a courier fields a constant stream of where-is-my-parcel messages. Much of it arrives on WhatsApp, in Urdu, Roman Urdu and English. The volume is large enough that small design mistakes, such as a reminder worded so it confuses people, turn into a flood of extra calls.

Scale changes how the channel behaves. WhatsApp watches the quality of every business number, limits how many customers a number may contact first each day, and requires templates approved by Meta for anything sent outside a customer's open conversation. A national brand that sends a badly worded reminder to its whole list can watch its number's quality rating fall. We design templates, send volumes and opt-in with that in mind, and we plan for the peaks, such as a network outage or a product recall, when everyone writes in together.

Financial customers are also targets. Impersonation scams against Pakistani bank and wallet customers are common, so our bots say plainly that they will never ask for a PIN, password or one-time code, and they hand identity checks to your app instead of doing them in the chat. For banks, microfinance banks and EMIs working under the State Bank's rules, we mask account and card details before text reaches any model. We work with Karachi clients from Islamabad, have no Karachi office, share your timezone and invoice in rupees.

What is specific

Built for Karachi

  • Never asks for a PIN

The bot never requests a PIN, password, card number or one-time code, and if a customer types one anyway, it warns them and redacts it from the stored conversation. It speaks only from your verified business profile, so customers can tell it is you. Where identity has to be proven, the chat hands over to your app or another channel that already authenticates properly.

  • Consumer care with the batch code

For FMCG and pharmaceutical brands, a complaint is only useful with the product details. The bot asks for a photo of the pack and its batch code, the place of purchase and the problem, then logs a case your quality team can act on. Anything that sounds like a side effect from a medicine skips the questions and goes straight to your pharmacovigilance contact.

  • Answers from the system of record

The useful answers live in your systems: a transfer's status, an instalment due date, a policy's renewal date, a parcel's last scan. We connect through your existing APIs or middleware, start with read-only look-ups, and add actions only with confirmation. When the system has no answer, the bot says so plainly and offers a person instead of guessing.

Chatbot Development in Karachi: common questions

How do you stop the chatbot being used for fraud?

By limiting what it asks for and what it can do. It never requests PINs, passwords or one-time codes, warns customers who send them and removes them from the stored log. It speaks only from your verified business profile. Anything that moves money or changes an account goes through your existing authentication, and repeated attempts to reach account details from one number are flagged to your fraud team.

What happens if we message our whole customer base at once?

WhatsApp decides, based on your number's history and quality. Each number has a limit on how many customers it can contact first in a day, and that limit grows as it sends messages people welcome. A reminder that many recipients block or report lowers the quality rating and can hold the limit back. We stage large sends, test the wording on a smaller group first and watch the rating as the send goes out.

Can the bot handle complaints about a medicine or food product?

It can take them in properly, which is most of the battle. It asks for a photo of the pack and batch code, where and when the product was bought, and what went wrong, then opens a case in your system. It gives no medical advice. Any mention of a reaction or side effect goes straight to your pharmacovigilance or quality contact, with the conversation attached.

Can customers track and reschedule a parcel through the bot?

Yes, if your courier system exposes the data. The customer sends a tracking number or the phone number used for the order, and the bot replies with the latest scan in plain Urdu or English. It can offer a new delivery day, take a corrected address or a nearby landmark, and pass the change to operations. Disputes over COD amounts or damaged parcels go to a person.

Do you have an office in Karachi?

No. We work from our registered office in Islamabad and serve Karachi remotely, in the same timezone and invoiced in rupees under a Pakistani contract. Most of the work, from reading sample conversations to integration testing, happens over calls and in shared environments. For a design session with your compliance, contact-centre or operations teams, we fly to Karachi.

Tell us what you are building. We work with Karachi clients from our Islamabad office, same timezone and same currency, with no account manager in between, so the person who reads this is the one who would run the work.

  1. 01A senior engineer reads it. Not a form queue, and not an account manager.
  2. 02We reply either with questions or with a straight answer that we are not the right fit.
  3. 03If it looks like a fit, a technical call with the person who would actually run the delivery.
  4. 04Then scope, effort and risk in writing, before anyone signs anything.
