Couriers yes, refunds with approval
Booking with PostEx, Leopards, TCS or M&P, printing labels and updating tracking are safe for an agent to do alone once tested. Refunds to JazzCash, Easypaisa or a bank account are different: the agent prepares the refund with the evidence attached, and a person approves it. You choose where that line sits, and it is enforced in the permissions, whatever the prompt says.
Tested on sale-week messages
Messages during a sale are short, informal and full of variants: 'M size hai?', 'cancel kr do', a voice note, a screenshot of someone else's order. We build the agent's test set from your own past conversations and measure how often it understands, acts correctly and hands over. Do you have a team in Lahore?
No. Our only office is in Islamabad, and the engineers who build your agent work from there. We share your timezone, invoice in rupees and work over calls, WhatsApp and your own tools. We already have a WhatsApp bot. Why would we need an agent?
Most WhatsApp bots answer from a menu or a knowledge base and then pass the customer to staff, who do the actual work in three other systems. If your bot already resolves most conversations without staff, you may not need one, and we will tell you.
Which store and courier systems can the agent connect to?

We also work out the model cost at that volume in rupees, so a busy weekend does not end in a surprise bill.
What stops the agent promising something we cannot deliver?
It can only offer what its tools return. If stock shows zero, it cannot promise a delivery date, and if your policy excludes exchanges on sale items, it cannot approve one. Anything outside the rules, such as a goodwill discount or an exception for a regular customer, goes to your team with the whole conversation attached.
