Mobile app development in Lahore
We build mobile apps for Lahore's restaurant groups, school chains and retail brands, working from our office in Islamabad. Wallets, Raast and cash on delivery in the checkout, and an app your own team can still update in two years' time.

Mobile App Development for Lahore
Most app demand in Lahore comes from businesses that serve the public every day. Restaurant groups want a direct ordering channel alongside the aggregators and their commission. Private school chains want one place where parents see attendance, results and the fee voucher due next week. Retail and fashion brands want a loyalty habit that brings customers back between seasons. Each has a real case for an app, and each could also be well served by a fast mobile website. An app earns its place when customers come back weekly, and we will tell you honestly which side of that line you are on.
Lahore has no shortage of software houses, and some app quotes are only possible because the product is a reskinned template or clone script. Those apps launch and then stall. The vendor moves on, nobody can read the code, and because Google Play raises its minimum target Android version every year, an app nobody maintains eventually cannot publish an update at all. We quote for an app that outlives its first vendor: readable code in your repository, a documented build, and the Play Console and App Store accounts registered to your company, not ours.
The checkout has to match how Lahore pays: JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast, cards through a local gateway such as PayFast or Safepay, and cash on delivery for everyone who will not pay upfront. Stripe does not onboard Pakistani merchants, so an app template built around it is the wrong starting point. Our only office is in Islamabad, and Lahore projects are run from there. The timezone is the same, invoices are in rupees under a Pakistani contract, and when a decision needs everyone in a room, Lahore is a motorway drive or a short flight.

What is specific
Built for Lahore
Small enough to keep installed
On a budget phone with full storage, the app that gets deleted is the large one nobody opens. We ship Android App Bundles so each phone downloads only what it needs, limit third-party SDKs to the ones that pay their way, and load images on demand. Then we give people a reason to open it every week: a one-tap reorder, points that add up, a fee reminder before the due date.
Every payment ending handled
Wallets, Raast, cards and cash each fail in their own way. A wallet payment can be approved on the customer's phone while the app is still waiting to hear back, a card can be declined by the bank, and a COD order can be refused at the door. We handle each ending properly, refund to the original method where it allows, and give your accounts team a daily reconciliation they can check.
Yours when we leave
Developer accounts, signing keys, source code and build instructions belong to you from the first release. We document how to ship an update, including the yearly target Android version change, so that your own developer or your next vendor can take over without needing anything from us. Cheap builds are usually structured the other way round, which is why they end up expensive.

Mobile App Development in Lahore: common questions
Does our business need an app, or a better mobile website?
Start with the website if most customers buy once or twice a year. A fast mobile site is cheaper, is found through search and does not ask anyone to free up storage. An app is worth building when customers return often, for reorders, loyalty or school updates, and when they will welcome notifications instead of muting them. We will tell you which case you are in before quoting.
Why do cheap app quotes so often end up costing more?
Because the cost arrives later. A low price usually means a template, little testing and the developer account in the vendor's name. When something breaks, or Google Play's yearly requirements move on, you discover the code cannot be maintained and the app cannot be transferred. We price for maintainable code and your ownership of the accounts, which costs more at the start and usually less over the life of the app.
Can the app take JazzCash, Easypaisa and cash on delivery?
Yes, alongside Raast and cards through a local gateway. Which methods matter depends on who you serve: a restaurant taking evening orders sees different habits from a school collecting a term's fees. We also build the unglamorous half: refunds to wallets, orders stuck between approved and confirmed, and a reconciliation report that agrees with what the gateway says.
We run several campuses. Can one parent app serve all of them?
Yes, and it should. Each campus has its own administrators, timetable and notices, while fee structures and branding stay with head office. A parent with children at two campuses sees both under one login. Notices go out in English and Urdu, with the Urdu set in a Nastaliq font that parents can read comfortably on a small screen, which means giving it more line height than English.
You are in Islamabad. How does a Lahore app project run?
Remotely by default, and it works because nothing else changes: the same timezone, invoices in rupees, a Pakistani contract. Reviews happen on a call with the latest test build installed on your own phone. We do not have a Lahore office, but for a kickoff or a launch decision that needs everyone together, we travel to you by motorway or a short flight.
Mobile app development in Lahore?
Tell us what you are building. We work with Lahore clients from our Islamabad office, same timezone and same currency, with no account manager in between, so the person who reads this is the one who would run the work.
- 01A senior engineer reads it. Not a form queue, and not an account manager.
- 02We reply either with questions or with a straight answer that we are not the right fit.
- 03If it looks like a fit, a technical call with the person who would actually run the delivery.
- 04Then scope, effort and risk in writing, before anyone signs anything.
