Business automation in Lahore

We automate the daily routines of Lahore’s retail and fashion chains, school groups, restaurants and garment exporters, from branch closings and fee collection to courier cash-on-delivery settlements and buyer updates, working from our office in Islamabad.

§ 01

Lahore

Business Automation for Lahore

Picture closing time at a Lahore fashion brand with branches across the city. Each branch manager photographs a closing sheet with cash, card and wallet totals and sends it to a WhatsApp group. Someone at head office retypes it into Excel, compares it with the point of sale and chases the branch whose figures do not add up. Meanwhile the online store’s orders are being confirmed by phone, and a courier’s cash-on-delivery settlement has arrived as a spreadsheet to be matched against orders, returns and deductions. None of it is difficult. All of it happens daily, and all of it is retyped.

Other Lahore sectors have their own version. A school group prints a fee voucher for every student, collects through several banks, and spends the first days of each month matching deposits to names and phoning parents. A garment exporter’s merchandisers compile order status for overseas buyers from the production floor by hand each week. A restaurant with a delivery business takes orders from apps, the phone and WhatsApp, then closes the day by reconciling all three. Automation hands these repeatable tasks to software and leaves staff with the exceptions that genuinely need a person.

We work with Lahore businesses from our Islamabad office; there is no Lahore office. Most process mapping happens over a screen share with your actual spreadsheets open, which shows more than a meeting about them would. When we need to watch a branch close or follow a bundle along a stitching line, Lahore is a motorway drive or a short flight away. Where a retailer is integrated with the FBR’s point-of-sale system, our automation reads from that data without touching the fiscal record, and services invoices follow the Punjab Revenue Authority’s regime as your adviser directs.

§ 02

What is specific

Built for Lahore

  • Branch closing without the retyping

The day’s sales and its cash, card and wallet totals come straight from the point of sale, deposits are matched to the bank statement, and only variances reach a person. Head office sees every branch closed by the next morning, and nobody spends the evening retyping a photographed closing sheet.

  • COD settlements that match themselves

Couriers such as TCS, Leopards and PostEx settle cash-on-delivery orders in batches, net of charges and returns, each in its own format. We import those settlements, match them to orders, flag parcels returned to origin and show the cash still owed, so the online side of the business knows its real margin.

  • Fee collection that reconciles

Each voucher carries a unique reference, so bank, 1LINK and Raast payments can be matched to the student automatically where your collection setup passes the reference through. Parents with fees outstanding get reminders by SMS or WhatsApp on a schedule you control, and accounts closes the month with a short list of exceptions.

§ 03

Scope

What we build

Project delivery, owned end to end, for Lahore clients.

  • Daily branch closing from point-of-sale data, with cash, card and wallet totals posted to accounts and variances flagged for review
  • Courier COD reconciliation across TCS, Leopards, PostEx and others, with returns, deductions and amounts outstanding visible per order
  • WhatsApp confirmation of online orders before dispatch, so unconfirmed or doubtful orders are held before a parcel is booked
  • Fee voucher generation, bank collection matching and scheduled reminders for school groups with several campuses
  • Weekly order-status reports for overseas buyers, assembled from production data for garment and textile exporters
  • Inter-branch stock transfer requests with approval and tracking, replacing requests sent over WhatsApp

Business Automation in Lahore: common questions

Do you need to be in Lahore to map our processes?

Not for most of it. We are based in Islamabad and map processes over screen share with your real files open, which is often more revealing than a meeting. When seeing the work in person matters, such as a branch close or a warehouse dispatch, we come to Lahore by motorway or a short flight. There is no Lahore office, and your contract and invoices are Pakistani and in rupees.

Can you automate reconciliation with our couriers?

Yes. Each courier settles in its own format and some offer an API, so we connect by API where one exists and import settlement files where it does not. Orders, returns and deductions are matched automatically, and the unmatched ones are listed for a person. Most of the effort goes into the edge cases: part payments, disputed returns and orders split across parcels.

We are integrated with the FBR’s point-of-sale system. Will automation affect that?

It should not touch it. We read sales data from your point of sale or its database for closing and accounts, and leave the fiscal reporting to the FBR exactly as it is. If a change to the POS itself is needed, it is scoped separately and tested thoroughly before it goes anywhere near a live till.

Parents pay fees at different banks and through apps. Can that be matched automatically?

Mostly, if each voucher carries a unique reference and your bank or collection partner passes it through with the payment. Where a parent pays by transfer without the reference, the system suggests the likely match for a person to confirm. The aim is that your accounts team handles a short exception list, not every deposit slip.

What should we automate first?

Whatever costs the most staff hours every single day. For a retailer that is usually branch closing or courier reconciliation; for a school group, fee matching at the start of the month. We map the process, estimate the hours it takes now, and build that first workflow so you can see the difference before deciding what comes next.

Business automation in Lahore?

Tell us what you are building. We work with Lahore clients from our Islamabad office, same timezone and same currency, with no account manager in between, so the person who reads this is the one who would run the work.

  1. 01A senior engineer reads it. Not a form queue, and not an account manager.
  2. 02We reply either with questions or with a straight answer that we are not the right fit.
  3. 03If it looks like a fit, a technical call with the person who would actually run the delivery.
  4. 04Then scope, effort and risk in writing, before anyone signs anything.

Two fields required. We reply to real enquiries. No list, no sequence.
