AI development in Lahore

We build AI features for Lahore businesses that have already sat through plenty of pitches: fashion and retail brands, restaurant groups, private school chains. We work from our Islamabad office in the same timezone and currency, and we show you evaluation results before we ask you to believe anything.

Lahore

AI Development for Lahore

Lahore does not lack people offering AI. The city has one of the densest software markets in the country, around Arfa Software Technology Park and the graduates of LUMS, UET and FAST, and much of what gets sold as AI is a thin layer over someone else's model, wired to an API key on a developer's personal account. It demos well. It tends to fall over when the prompts drift, the bill arrives in dollars or the developer moves on. Buyers here have learned to be wary of the cheap build nobody can maintain, and they are right to be.

The problems worth solving are concrete. Fashion brands with seasonal lawn and Eid collections need to know how much of each design to produce before the season, and which cash-on-delivery orders are likely to be refused at the door. Retailers want descriptions and tags written for thousands of products in English and Urdu. School chains want to spot pupils falling behind across many campuses before results day. Each of these has a measurable answer, and we start by agreeing what that measure is and what score would make the work worth paying for.

Language is where Lahore projects usually go wrong. Customers write on WhatsApp and Instagram in Roman Urdu with Punjabi and English mixed in, and nobody agrees on spelling: 'nahi', 'nai' and 'nhi' are the same word. A sentiment or intent model tuned on English reviews reads these badly. We build test sets from your real messages and report accuracy on them. We serve Lahore from Islamabad, and when a decision genuinely needs everyone in a room, the motorway makes a day visit straightforward.

§ 02

What is specific

Built for Lahore

  • An evaluation you keep

Anyone can make a model look good on five hand-picked examples. We build an evaluation set from your own orders, reviews or messages, agree the score that counts, and run every change against it. You see the numbers, including the failures, and the harness stays with you, so your own team or the next vendor can prove whether a change made things better or worse.

  • Priced in rupees, per request

Model APIs bill in dollars, so a feature that looked cheap at one exchange rate can sting at another. We work out what each request costs in rupees at your real volume, then bring it down with shorter prompts, caching and smaller models for the easy cases. If the numbers only work with a self-hosted model, you hear that before you build around an API.

  • Roman Urdu is most of the inbox

For a Lahore brand, Roman Urdu with Punjabi and English words mixed in makes up most customer messages, and spelling varies from one customer to the next. Sarcasm in a review also reads very differently to a model than to a person. We normalise spelling variants, label real messages and measure on them, so the model is judged on the language your customers actually type.

§ 03

Scope

What we build

Project delivery, owned end to end, for Lahore clients.

  • Cash-on-delivery refusal risk scoring, so risky orders get a confirmation call or WhatsApp message before dispatch
  • Demand forecasting for seasonal collections and fast-moving lines, broken down by design, size and city
  • Product description, tagging and attribute extraction for large catalogues in English and Urdu, with human review before publishing
  • Intent and sentiment classification for WhatsApp, Instagram and review text in Roman Urdu and English
  • Early-warning analytics for school chains that combine attendance, assessment and fee data across campuses
  • An evaluation harness and a rupee cost model that you own, whoever maintains the system next

AI Development in Lahore: common questions

Do you have an office in Lahore?

No. Our only office is in Islamabad, and we serve Lahore from there. We work in the same timezone, invoice in rupees under a Pakistani contract, and do most of the work over calls and shared tooling. When a workshop genuinely needs everyone in one room, Lahore is a motorway drive or a short flight away, and we arrange the visit.

How are you different from the many AI vendors in Lahore?

We cannot speak for other vendors. We can tell you how we work: the senior engineer who scopes the project builds it, the code and prompts live in your accounts, and every feature ships with an evaluation you can rerun. Whoever you hire, ask how they would measure whether their model works. A vendor without an answer is a risk.

Can AI predict which COD orders will be refused?

It can rank orders by risk, using signals such as order history, address quality, time of order and past behaviour from the same phone number. It will never be perfect, so the useful output is a shortlist to confirm before dispatch rather than automatic cancellations. How much it helps depends on how much clean order and courier data you have, which we check first.

Our catalogue has thousands of products. Can a model write the descriptions?

It can draft them in English and Urdu from your attributes and photos, and fill in missing tags such as fabric, colour and fit. We keep a person approving before anything is published, at least until the error rate has been measured and is low, because a wrong fabric on a product page turns into a return.

Can you work alongside our in-house developers?

Yes. Many Lahore businesses have a small team that runs the website and the ERP. We build the AI component so it plugs into what they already maintain, document it in terms they use, and hand it over with the evaluation harness, so they are not left supporting a black box once we step back.

AI development in Lahore?

Tell us what you are building. We work with Lahore clients from our Islamabad office, same timezone and same currency, with no account manager in between, so the person who reads this is the one who would run the work.

  1. 01A senior engineer reads it. Not a form queue, and not an account manager.
  2. 02We reply either with questions or with a straight answer that we are not the right fit.
  3. 03If it looks like a fit, a technical call with the person who would actually run the delivery.
  4. 04Then scope, effort and risk in writing, before anyone signs anything.

Two fields required. We reply to real enquiries. No list, no sequence.
