Chatbot development in Lahore

We build WhatsApp chatbots for Lahore's restaurants, clinics, diagnostic labs, property dealers and retailers, working from our office in Islamabad. They understand Roman Urdu as your customers type it, run on the official WhatsApp platform, and hand the conversations that need judgement to your staff.

Chatbot Development for Lahore

In Lahore, the WhatsApp number printed on the menu, the clinic board or the property hoarding is the real front desk. Restaurant regulars send their order and the deal they had last week. Patients ask when a doctor sits, whether a test needs fasting and when their report will be ready. Buyers ask whether a 5 marla plot is available in a particular block, what the instalment plan is and whether the society is approved. Most of these questions repeat all day. A few need a person who can make a decision, and the bot's job is to know which is which.

There is a trap in this market. Cheap WhatsApp bot offers are often built on unofficial tools that automate an ordinary WhatsApp account, and numbers run that way get banned, usually in the busiest week of the year. We build on the official WhatsApp Business Platform: a verified business, message templates approved by Meta and proper opt-in. Meta charges for some of those messages, which the unofficial route avoids, but the official number is still working through Ramadan evenings, sale weekends and property launches, when losing it would hurt most.

Language is the other half. Lahore customers write Roman Urdu with no fixed spelling, mix in English and Punjabi, and use their own shorthand for dishes, tests and plot sizes. We tune and test the bot on an export of your real chats, with personal details removed, and review the messages it misread every week after launch. We work with Lahore clients from Islamabad and have no Lahore office. The timezone is the same, invoices are in rupees under a Pakistani contract, and a planning session in Lahore is a motorway drive or a short flight away.

§ 02

What is specific

Built for Lahore

  • A number that survives the rush

The official platform means a verified profile, templates Meta has approved, opt-in you can show and a quality rating we watch. Before a busy period we prepare and approve templates in advance, check that the number's sending limit matches your customer list, and agree who on your staff picks up handovers when the queue grows.

  • Clinics: bookings yes, advice no

A clinic or lab bot books appointments, shares doctor timings, explains preparation such as fasting from your own written instructions, and tells a patient when a report is ready. It does not interpret results or suggest treatment. Anything that sounds like an emergency gets the Rescue 1122 number and an immediate handover to a person, and we agree those triggers with your medical staff.

  • Property leads sorted before the call

A property bot asks what an agent would ask first: size in marla or kanal, preferred phase or block, budget, cash or instalments, and whether the buyer wants possession or a file. It answers only from listings and documents you have loaded, including approval status, and books a call or site visit with the right agent.

§ 03

Scope

What we build

Project delivery, owned end to end, for Lahore clients.

  • Restaurant ordering on WhatsApp with menu, deals and delivery-area checks, and each order sent to the right branch
  • Appointment booking, doctor timings and report-ready notices for clinics and diagnostic labs, with no medical advice given
  • Lead qualification for property dealers and housing societies, with site visits booked into each agent's calendar
  • Product, size and availability answers for retail brands, drawn live from your stock, on WhatsApp and Instagram direct messages
  • Official WhatsApp Business Platform setup: verified profile, approved templates, opt-in records and quality monitoring
  • A shared inbox so handed-over chats reach your staff with the full conversation attached

Chatbot Development in Lahore: common questions

Will our WhatsApp number get banned?

Not for using a chatbot, if it runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform and follows its rules. Bans usually come from unofficial automation tools or from messaging people who never opted in. We set up a verified profile, use approved templates, keep opt-in records and watch the number's quality rating, especially around Ramadan, sales and launches, when complaints are most likely.

Can the bot understand Roman Urdu the way our customers write it?

It can if it is tested on your customers instead of tidy examples. Roman Urdu spellings vary endlessly, and Lahore chats mix in English and Punjabi. We use an export of your own chats, with personal details removed, to tune and check the bot before launch. In the first weeks after launch we review every message it misread and adjust, because real customers always find new ways to ask.

Can a clinic or lab use a chatbot safely?

Yes, within firm limits. The bot books appointments, shares timings and fees, explains preparation using your own written instructions, and tells patients when reports are ready. It never interprets a result or suggests treatment. Reports are sent only after checking the patient's identity, and anything that sounds urgent triggers the Rescue 1122 number and an immediate handover to your staff.

We sell property. Will a bot put buyers off?

Not if it asks sensible questions and gets out of the way. It collects the basics an agent needs, such as size, block, budget and payment plan, answers from listings you control, and books a call or site visit. It never quotes a price or an approval status that is not in your documents. Serious buyers reach a person faster, and your agents stop answering the same first questions all day.

Who looks after the bot once it is live, given you are in Islamabad?

We do, for as long as you want, and your team can too. Day to day we review misread conversations, update answers and adjust flows remotely, in the same timezone and invoiced in rupees. We have no Lahore office. Your staff get a simple way to change menus, deals, timings and listings themselves, and we travel to Lahore when a planning session needs a room.

Chatbot development in Lahore?

Tell us what you are building. We work with Lahore clients from our Islamabad office, same timezone and same currency, with no account manager in between, so the person who reads this is the one who would run the work.

  1. 01A senior engineer reads it. Not a form queue, and not an account manager.
  2. 02We reply either with questions or with a straight answer that we are not the right fit.
  3. 03If it looks like a fit, a technical call with the person who would actually run the delivery.
  4. 04Then scope, effort and risk in writing, before anyone signs anything.

Two fields required. We reply to real enquiries. No list, no sequence.
