E-commerce development in Lahore
We build online stores for Lahore's fashion, lawn and food brands that stay up when a collection drops, keep stock in step with your outlets, and handle exchanges the way your customers expect. Delivered from Islamabad and invoiced in rupees.

E-commerce Development for Lahore
Lahore's clothing brands sell a great deal online, and their pressure points are specific. A lawn collection goes live at a set hour, a crowd of shoppers arrives at once, and a store on shared hosting with a heavy theme and a stack of plugins slows to a crawl just as the best prints sell out. The same brand then spends the following weeks on exchanges: a different size, a different colour, stitched instead of unstitched. A store built for this market treats launch hour and the exchange queue as core features, because that is where the money is made and lost.
Most established brands also have outlets, whether in the malls, on Liberty or in their own standalone stores, and online orders draw on the same stock. The website needs to know what the outlets have sold, and the outlets need to see what the website has promised. Where outlets fall under the FBR's point-of-sale integration requirement for Tier-1 retailers, their POS already reports sales, and the online store has to reconcile with those records. Two versions of the truth is how stock goes missing. Catalogues are variant-heavy on top of that: size, colour, piece count, stitched or unstitched, each with its own stock.
Cash on delivery remains the default for many shoppers, so order confirmation, refusal handling and courier reconciliation matter as much as the storefront. Search has to cope with how people actually type, shalwar or salwar, kameez or kamiz, Roman Urdu mixed with English. Lahore also has no shortage of cheap store builders, and the usual result is a site nobody can maintain once its builder moves on. Our team sits in Islamabad, within easy reach of Lahore by motorway or air, and we keep the build simple enough for your own team to run, and hand over the code and documentation.
§ 02
What is specific
Built for Lahore
Launch hour without the crash
A lightweight theme, product pages served from a cache and a CDN, and stock reserved the moment an item goes into checkout so a popular print cannot be sold twice. For the biggest drops, a waiting room lets shoppers in at a pace the store can handle, so nobody is left staring at an error page. We load-test all of it against the shape of your last launch before the next one.
One stock count, outlets and online
The website and the outlets draw from the same shelves, so we connect the store to your POS and inventory and decide, per product line, whether stock is shared or ring-fenced for online. Outlet sales recorded through an FBR-integrated POS stay the record for those sales; the online store reads from them, and nobody sells a suit that left the rack an hour ago.
Exchanges as a first-class flow
In fashion, exchanges are routine. Customers can request a size or colour swap online, book a reverse pickup through the courier or take an online order back to an outlet, and receive store credit where you prefer that to a refund. Every step updates stock, so the returned piece is back on sale the day it arrives.

What else we build in Lahore
E-commerce Development in Lahore: common questions
Our site slowed right down during our last lawn launch. Can you fix that?
Usually the causes are findable: shared hosting, a heavy theme loaded with plugins, pages that are not cached, or a checkout that locks the database under load. We find which of these applies, fix the bottleneck, and rehearse the next launch with a load test modelled on the last one. For the largest drops we add a waiting room so the store degrades politely.
Can our outlet stock and online stock stay in sync?
Yes, by connecting the store to your POS and inventory system so both read the same numbers. Some brands share all stock between channels; others hold a set quantity back for online. Where your outlets report sales to the FBR through an integrated POS, that system remains the record for outlet sales and the online store reads from it. Your tax adviser, not us, confirms what each channel must report.
Should we stay on Shopify or move to a custom build?
Plenty of brands are well served by Shopify with local payment and courier apps. Shopify's own payments product is not available to Pakistani merchants, so cards and wallets go through a local gateway either way. A custom build earns its cost when your outlet integration, exchange rules or launch traffic outgrow what apps can do cleanly. If Shopify still fits, we will say so and help you get more out of it.
Do you have an office in Lahore?
No. Our only office is in Islamabad and we serve Lahore brands from there, in the same timezone, with a Pakistani contract and rupee invoices. Store work runs well over calls and shared previews. For a planning workshop with your merchandising and operations teams, or to be on hand for a major launch, a visit to Lahore can be arranged.
We run restaurants. Is our own online ordering worth building?
It can be, as long as it sits alongside the delivery aggregators. Aggregators bring new customers; direct ordering suits the regulars who already know you and carries no aggregator commission. It needs a clear menu with options, delivery zones and times, and a simple dispatch view for your riders, and it can start small.
E-commerce development in Lahore?
Tell us what you are building. We work with Lahore clients from our Islamabad office, same timezone and same currency, with no account manager in between, so the person who reads this is the one who would run the work.
- 01A senior engineer reads it. Not a form queue, and not an account manager.
- 02We reply either with questions or with a straight answer that we are not the right fit.
- 03If it looks like a fit, a technical call with the person who would actually run the delivery.
- 04Then scope, effort and risk in writing, before anyone signs anything.
